Summary: We are not happy at all. Many of our complaints were not addressed during our 2 week stay at this Villa. Many items shown on your website were not present including smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher. Villa not clean in many areas including furniture. Water was turned off during our stay at a time when we all had stomach upsets. We were given a false reason for this. We have been in touch with the property owner since our return and we have not had the courtesy of a response. All in all it was shocking.

Summary: We stayed at the villa as a family of 7, including 2 children and a baby, when we arrived we were surprised at how big and spacious the villa was, it has all the essentials you need like you would have at home, so you don't need to eat out all of the time. The villa was very clean and tidy and the management regularly have the pool and outside area cleaned and maintained. The pool was used everyday at least once, by us and the children had a great time in it!! We had a problem with a few lights, we reported it and the problem was resolved straight away. The surrounding area is very nice, several local beaches which were quite quiet and some more sandy ones in Bodrum around 45 minutes driving away. We hired a car which we think is definitely necessary so you can explore the area a little more. We would definitely recommend this villa and owner to friends and family as had no problems whatsoever and all had a fantastic holiday!

Summary: Little things needed attention in villa,but nothing that made me think oh I can't stay here,found it lovely and clean .turquiose resort is fantastic good family nightlife but certainly not for raves food in resort is excellent and well priced ,and resort is fabulous

Summary: We upgraded to this villa so that we would have the use of a private pool from a 2 bed apartment booked with the same owner. The resort is well kept but as another reviewer said you really need a car here, very hilly! I found the owner fine to return my messages until we actually got there and I messaged him about the Wifi (there wasn't any) I never heard from him again until I asked for my deposit back, then it was just to say he would return it. Sadly this Villa is unloved and the fittings are not luxurious at all (We were having to sleep on top of 2 single sheets that had been made to fit the double bed in master bedroom. There are no spare linens and each bed is supplied with 2 old grey towels (one hand and one bath) The top coverings also did not fit the bed and we had to use the bedding in the spare room...luckily there was only 3 of us, if we had taken 6 there would have been a problem. We contacted the management company about the Wifi and was told it is only by dongle and that it was already is use by another guest. We only had apple products with us, so would have been no good to us anyhow. I think I should have been told this before I went as I could have taken a laptop, having said that the manager never came near us again even though we had made him aware of other maintenance issues ( broken taps, hob not working, lightbulbs not working and no batteries in AC units).We had the use of the pool for one day, then there were thunderstorms and I believe it flooded the pump. We could never use it after the first day, the pool boy still came to clean it every morning and just kept saying they were getting the part to fix it, by 10am the pool was dirty and after day 3 you could see it getting cloudier by the day. On returning home I wrote to the owner and asked for a refund as we couldn't use the pool and there was no Wifi as advertised but he never bothered to reply to me. I would not recommend renting off this owner as I think once he has your money he's really not bothered about customer service. Sad really as we met 2 other owners who showed us their properties and they were absolutely lovely...Just wish I had had this information before I booked! Very disappointing!

Summary: We had some reservations about our booking as this was our first time to visit Turkey. Whole family went 3 couples and a toddler. The accommodation surpassed our expectations clean and plenty of space. Outside the pool and garden was tidy and plenty big enough for us all to relax. Owner could do with some customer care training and responses to enquires were slow but he came thru in the end. The complex was well cared for with central pool and bar restaurant good. Its hilly so we hired a car driving was no worse than roads in Glasgow and it was great for exploring the area many lovely villages and Bodrum castle and town was terrific. Will go back again Turkish people were very helpful, visit My beach cabanas and first rate service. Only one negative sea and beach could have been cleaner.
